COMPANY OVERVIEW

Sinam Business Solutions is a proudly 100% Black-Female Owned Company offering a range of basic supply chain principles and tools to businesses for the purpose of running effective supply chains, allowing supply chain excellence to become a competitive edge for the company involved. Our company is provisioned to work with entities in the public and private sector. We are committed to servicing a broad range of industries, and pride ourselves on understanding and meeting our clients’ needs effectively and efficiently. Our business is based in Johannesburg, but we are able to serve companies in various locations throughout South Africa, thanks to an extensive network of trusted consultants that fall under the Sinam Business Solutions umbrella. In order to design the best solution for client supply chains, we work to understand their business holistically, taking a diagnostic approach, creating value and customising our approach to meet specific client objectives. The Managing Director of Sinam Business Solutions personally manages all projects as an extensively experienced supply chain leader who has assisted numerous companies across different industries to achieve tangible results through supply chain improvements.

BACKGROUND AND AIMS

Sinam Business Solutions was established in 2015 by Sina Molelekoa-Morunyana as a company dedicated to assisting businesses with their supply chain management. Though we are still fairly new as a company, the founder is a highly-qualified supply chain management specialist, she has worked in listed companies with challenging supply chains as well as for state owned companies. Her strength lies in turning around non performing supply chains into high performing ones that provide a competitive edge for the companies involved. We aim to sustain our expansion by accumulating clients and satisfying each individual client through the provision of innovative and effective supply chain products and services.

To become the trusted service provider to help companies evolve their supply chains into optimally efficient, customer-satisfying processes, where the effectiveness of the whole supply chain is more important than the effectiveness of each individual department.

Sinam Business Solutions is characterised by a passionate and dynamic group of people who are highly qualified and specialised in their respective fields, including a director with extensive experience in the industry and a passion for assisting businesses with their supply chain needs.

Sina Molelekoa-Morunyana – Managing Director

Sina Molelekoa-Morunyana is an accomplished Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Operations Management professional with over a decade of experience using exceptional communication and leadership skills to coach, manage, and motivate diverse professionals in challenging environments. Her career has seen her gain extensive experience across various industries with demonstrated focus on total cost of ownership and process management. Her expertise includes planning, implementing, and executing strategies resulting in greater customer confidence and improved business results.

She embraces diverse environments and remains committed to promoting creativity, effective problem solving, and breakthrough results. Having practiced her profession across all facets of business management, the experience she has gained in the areas of development and execution of strategies, change management and action plans has been instrumental in facilitating business performance for clients.
